Usability
At this website, they offer writing services of all sorts of papers, and also editing and paraphrasing services. My first impression about the website was positive, but after a couple of minutes, it drastically changed. The form of the order is not thoroughly or thoughtfully made. It’s as if it was designed by someone who does not understand what customers need when they order writing or editing services. I’ll give the details in sections below.
Support
Support team does work, and there are several ways to reach customer service representatives – this is a good thing. Probably the best one here.
Price
Somehow this company does not differentiate between different types of services, they have the same prices for everything, regardless of what exactly you order. So if you need proofreading only, you will pay as if you order writing, and vice versa. It does not make sense to me. The prices here are just a bit lower than prices for writing in the industry. So let’s say, if I order Master level writing, editing or whatever with 48 hours turnaround, I will pay $57.98 for 550 words. How is that? Paying that much for writing is fine, but not for editing. Besides, the minimum number of pages to order is 2. And what if I need 1-page paper? This company is not for me.
Speed
They have even short turnarounds, but they can handle PhD level papers in no less than 48 hours.
Quality
Form of the order is not customer-friendly. There are such categories as country, topic details, number of pages, academic level, deadline, and reference details. That’s it. Nothing more. No possibility to select type of service or type of assignment. Basically, you just need to pay the price, no matter what exactly you order. In addition, I could not find terms and conditions under which I make a purchase; I was not suggested agreeing with terms of service when placing my order. All in all, it does not look like a truly reliable website to me.
Conclusion
